Valuing employees is a best practice in post-pandemic recruitment and retention

  5. Appreciation shown-Many of my clients’ staff tell me that a little appreciation for their work will go a long way. This paradigm is especially true for the post-pandemic job seeker.

So, if you want to recruit and retain effectively after the pandemic, value your employees. Put systems in place, coach leaders, train managers, change culture. Otherwise, finding and keeping the right people will be extremely difficult.
