At Johnnie Johnson Housing, we are now looking for a Real Estate Expert to join us.

Our real estate experts are responsible for providing a high quality, client-focused survey / inspection service of planned, capital and cyclical work programs for all of our properties. Ensuring that reactive repairs and empty work on properties are completed to high standards and within dedicated budget, you will perform inspections, inventory status surveys and annual surveys associated with projects. individual, reactive repairs, faults, cyclical projects and asbestos, and will complete inspects the work and actively resolves complaints and queries from residents, tenants, co-workers and external customers regarding repairs, services and the planned work.

As a real estate expert, you will gather technical assistance and information related to decay claims and manage, from start to finish, complex renovation and decent housing programs, including initial consultations, monitoring on site. place, approval of final accounts and correction of defaults.

Our team

The team you will join is a very nice tight-knit team of seven people. We are led by the person in charge of property and building security and in addition to providing support to the organization, we also support each other.

About you

We are looking for someone who holds an HND / HNC or equivalent in a relevant field and has experience in a similar role, with an understanding of social housing. Excellent communicator who puts customers at the heart of everything you do, you will enjoy working to pace and with colleagues across the company, and have a passion for continuous improvement, self-development and others. Able to plan, lead and support projects, you will be adaptable and accept change and enjoy making decisions and being responsible.

A full UK driving license is essential, as is access to a car for professional use.
