Hoople is a limited liability company with public sector shareholders namely Herefordshire Council and Wye Valley NHS Trust.
Hoople was established in 2011, when we have grown and developed into a company that now offers a wide range of services to strategic partners and clients. These services broadly cover: human resources, payroll, information technology, finance, training, recruitment and rental of DBS sites.
Many Hoople employees have transferred from its original partner organizations (the board, the Primary Care Trust and Wye Valley). They offer extensive experience and a proven track record of delivering service to the public sector.
Hoople has also recruited many private sector employees who bring experience and a keen business acumen.
