1. e-CVs.net is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you
register as a candidate with e-CVs.net, e-CVs.net will need to obtain
some personal information about you, which is stored on e-CVs.net’s
computer. e-CVs.net will need to know your name, address, e-mail
address, telephone number, gender, role sought and availability.
In addition any CV that you upload to e-CVs.net will be stored on
e-CVs.net’s computer. This information and any such CV allows
e-CVs.net to provide to you the services specified on this website
which e-CVs.net might provide from time to time for candidates who
have registered with e-CVs.net.
2. In addition to the above, the personal information which you provide
us with, together with information on services that you have accessed
via us in the past may be used by e-CVs.net, for the purpose of notifying
you about any of its services (including newsletters). If you would
rather not receive this material, you will be given an opportunity
to notify us accordingly before submitting your personal information.
Otherwise, by submitting your information you consent to its use
in this way.
3. e-CVs.net recognises that certain candidates who submit personal
information to e-CVs.net may wish to be registered with e-CVs.net
indefinitely. Similarly e-CVs.net recognises that certain candidates
who upload their CVs may wish to gain access to those CVs indefinitely.
Accordingly e-CVs.net may (but shall not be obliged to) retain personal
information and any CV that you upload to e-CVs.net’s computer
indefinitely. If you would like e-CVs.net to delete personal information
relating to your registration or any CV that you have uploaded please
send an email to support@e-CVs.net giving details of your request.
e-CVs.net reserves the right not to delete such personal information
or CV if there is any legitimate reason why such information or
CV ought to be retained by e-CVs.net.
4. If you use e-CVs.net to apply for adverts then your emails will
be sent with your personal details to agencies via e-CVs.net’s
servers. You consent to e-CVs.net monitoring the contents of any
email sent via e-CVs.net’s servers.
5.1 e-CVs.net uses cookies (defined below) by collecting user information
for the website. The main objective of the cookies is to identify
users and personalise their visit by customising web pages for them,
for example by welcoming them by name, next time they visit the
same site.
5.2 A cookie is a message given to a web browser by a web server.
The message is then stored by the browser in a text file. Each time

about you (including CVs) to that third party.
7. If e-CVs.net changes its Privacy Policy, e-CVs.net will post the changes
on this page so that you may be aware of them and you will be given
a chance to ask e-CVs.net not to use your information for the changed
purposes.
8. Because the Internet infrastructure is global, and it is not possible
to predict the routes that information sent over the Internet will
take, the information you provide may be transferred temporarily
via a route which takes it outside the European Economic Area as
it passes between you and us. By submitting your information you
consent to this transfer.
